• Nicki started playing Kwik cricket aged only 7.

• Has an HND in Tourism & Leisure Studies

• Trained at the Nottinghamshire Cricket Academy.

• After a long period recovering from a back injury she was made England's Vice Captain in 2007, where, in the absence of Charlotte Edwards, she led the side in some of the matches in that series.
